FS2000 Scenery Fair Point, British Columbia (ficticious)
By Jim Faircloth (jrfdjf@earthlink.net)

This is the 6th project in my series of addon sceneries for
the beautiful NW Rockies in B.C. It is located approx. 30 nm
NE of Vancouver Intl. airport and within easy flying distance
from my other 5 addon projects. This airport features an approx.
5600 ft. paved and nightlit runway as well as a water start location
for your favorite float plane. There are all new cabins located
together down near the river as well as a new float hanger. You will
find many new animal macros nestled among the human inhabitants. Lots
of doggies in this one! You might enjoy a short layover at night and
slewing around the cabins in your spare time.

Requirements: A relatively newer computer and video card will
enhance your enjoyment of this scenery. If you had trouble with any
of my previous project's framerates then this won't be much different.
You will need to have installed the newest textures for ASD2.1 in order to
avoid seeing green polygons for trees and will need the usual other addon
textures including VOD, Airport2.XX. All of these textures are available
at the usual flightsim sites. I have not tested this scenery with the terrain
mesh addon files created specifically for British Columbia but flatten switch
is not required at least on my setup.

Installation: This can be done two ways. First unzip to a temporary folder and
then 1. you may just copy the bgl and texture files into any of my other active BC
projects' scenery and texture folders. Overwrite any files if prompted. or 2. copy
and paste the Fairpt folder with it's scenery and texture folder into your usual
scenery addon location folder and use the FS2000 Scenery Library function to activate
it as per the usual method.
I have my scenery titled as Fair Point.

Credits and Disclaimer: Many thanks to the various creators and contributors
to the various programs used to create this project including Abacus for their
ASD2.1, FSDS. Paintshop Pro7.0 and to Rafael Sanchez for his BMP2000, BMP2000EXT
and VOD. These files are freeware and to be used at your own risk. I cannot be
responsible for any real or perceived problems that you may incur. The files should
not be altered or used without my express permission.

Many thanks for trying these projects and I am always interested in hearing both
good and bad comments or suggestions to improve our enjoyment of FS2000 scenery
creations.
